Events booked on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays
2024 Base rate $7,000
- This includes access to the venue the day prior to your event, all day of the event (8 am-11 pm) and ends at 12 pm the day following your event.

Smaller Events Booked at Our Hourly Rate
Our Hourly Base Rate - $100
- Small events such as bridal showers, birthday parties, and graduation celebrations cannot be booked earlier than 6 months in advance unless the event is to be held on a weekday (Monday-Thursday)
- Minimum of 6 hours, and guest count over 40 may incur additional charges.
- Our hourly rate is not applicable to wedding ceremonies and/or receptions.
